使用卡卡Go 即表示你同意本條款。你須年滿 13 歲，並對帳戶內的活動負責。

By using Cacago you agree to these terms. You must be 13 or older and are responsible for activity on your account.

AI 估算的卡路里和營養素只供參考，可能有誤差，你可以隨時修改紀錄。

AI calorie and nutrient estimates are for reference only and may be inaccurate; you can edit any entry.

請勿濫用服務，例如上載違法內容或嘗試破解系統。我們可暫停違規帳戶。

Do not misuse the service, e.g. uploading illegal content or attacking the system. We may suspend violating accounts.

Cacago Pro 按月或按年自動續期，可隨時取消；取消後可用到當期完結，不會再扣款。

Cacago Pro renews monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the period ends with no further charges.

轉換方案會按比例計算差額。已付費用一般不設退款，如有扣款問題請聯絡我們處理。

Plan switches are prorated. Payments are generally non-refundable; contact us about any billing issue.

我們收集你提供的資料：電郵、身高體重等身體資料、飲食、飲水、運動紀錄及餐點相片。

We collect what you provide: email, body data such as height and weight, food, water and exercise logs, and meal photos.

餐點相片私人儲存，只有你可以睇。相片會交由 AI 服務分析以估算營養，我們不會出售你的資料。

Meal photos are stored privately and only visible to you. Photos are sent to an AI service for nutrition estimates; we never sell your data.

你可以喺設定頁匯出資料；如要刪除帳戶及所有資料，請聯絡管理員。

You can export your data in Settings; to delete your account and all data, contact the admin.

卡卡Go 並非醫療服務，內容不構成醫療、營養或診斷建議。

Cacago is not a medical service and does not provide medical, dietary or diagnostic advice.
